Everything that you need is already inside of your own heart. Did you know that the heart is the gateway between the lower and higher chakras? Sometimes it's our own self-talk that sabotages our very connection to our divineness and this can create a wee bit if a blockage. (Look up tri-fold flame meditations to help with this). Our own self-talk is unfortunately what can keep us from reaching o...ur full potential and from awakening to our infinite and divine truth. This is why we must "live" in our heart to filter and then transmute this nonsense brought on by fear. We must alchemize to create a harmonic balance. Fear is a beautiful teacher if only we first filter through the heart. Although challenging, we must rise to meet our fear. That is the lesson, not to live in fear but to rise to meet it. Stare it in the eye and reclaim your space. Owning your space will make your energy bubble around you larger. When we hit a lull and feel less than great about ourselves, our bubble is contracted and we literally take up less space around our physical body. This feeling of being small, no matter our actual physical size, becomes relevant to our perception of our own self worth. If we are grounded and anchored, we assert our space and are more likely to feel confident and present. This will make the energy around us larger. If you were to filter through your heart, you would better understand your own capacity for love...unconditional love for your very own person. We are already more than enough. We are all capable of unlimited light. It's a shame that we feel unable to see the magnitude of our own capacity to love unconditionally. I suppose in order to see this, we must first open our eyes to it. We must awaken with eyes wide open to truly realize our full potential. Awaking to your own divinity is empowering. Growing roots and anchoring your own energy enables you to effortlessly connect with those around you. Let self-love become your anchor. Love, love, love xo Photo: Carrie Carter Bédard
